At Porchlight Keepsakes, each item is made just for you! Because all of our products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and photo uploads before placing your order. If there is an error on our part or your item arrives damaged, we will gladly make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
